Seminar: CRM & Knowledge Management, Holland
Last month, May 2009 Mikaela Ekholm took part as a consultant & trainer in a larger training program (1 week) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
She performed a training in the field of:
- CRM (customer relationship management) and Quality Management (in sustainable EU market information services)
- Knowledge Management
These 2 trainings formed part of a larger training program ‘Market Intelligence’. Participants in this training were employees from Business Support Organisations from developing countries (Ghana, Bolivia, Moldavia, Pakistan, India etc.), responsible for development of the above mentioned topics in their organization, thus improving the quality and efficiency of their services towards their clients, enterprises from developing countries wanting to set up export to the EU.
